It started with feedback that arrived too late
Pitching competitions are part of the coursework in Incubation Course 3, Bachelor of Entrepreneurship (Hons.) 2u2i at UUM. Students register, build a business plan, and film a one-minute video. Several teams reached the face-to-face finals, and one of them — Snackiez: PiChip — finished as 3rd Runner-Up at the PBS VisionX Business Challenge 2026.
What stayed with us was not the cheque. It was the judges' comments: sharp, specific, and delivered after the results were announced, when nothing could be changed anymore.
So we built the thing we wished the students had the week before: a system that asks the questions judges ask, and answers them honestly.

Three things an ordinary self-assessment form will never tell you
Every idea is scored through 27 anchored items. Each item offers four levels written as behaviour you can observe, not as vague degrees of quality — so your answers describe evidence instead of confidence.

Evidence Gate
If the foundational evidence for a dimension is missing, its score is capped at 60. An idea that sounds convincing on paper cannot reach the top band without proof behind it.

Your confidence is measured separately from your evidence, then compared. Anything above +22 is a blind spot waiting to collapse in Q&A; below −22 is a strength you forgot to mention.
